1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
At arshis.in, we take utmost care in quality checks before dispatch. Once a product is delivered in good condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
● Personal preferences or non-suitability
● Items that feel too heavy or appear bigger/smaller than expected
● Size issues (please refer to the size chart before placing your order)
● Minor colour variations due to photography, lighting, or device settings
● Bent earring stems (intentionally designed to prevent breakage during transit and can be gently adjusted)
● Loose beads or stones that can be easily fixed with adhesive
● Damaged or broken ropes provided as complimentary freebies
● Natural irregularities in handmade or hand-set jewellery
● Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-set designs
We request customers to review product details carefully before ordering.
2. Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy
To process any claim related to transit damage or missing items, the following is mandatory:
● A 360° continuous unboxing video from start to finish
● The package seal must be clearly visible before opening
● The video must clearly show the products received
● Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
⚠️ Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be processed under any circumstances.
3. Replacement for Transit-Damaged Products
We offer replacement only for products damaged during transit.
Reporting Timeline
● The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
● Share the required unboxing video and clear photos via our support Email(arshiscustomercare@gmail.com) or whatsapp 8754856979.
● After Claim Approval
● If your pincode supports reverse pickup, we will arrange a pickup.
● If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product.
● We reimburse up to ₹80-₹100 towards self-shipping costs (with valid proof).
● After We Receive the Returned Item
● A replacement product only will be issued.
● No refunds will be provided for transit-damaged products.
If the product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value.
Bangle Size & Exchange Policy
Please measure your bangle size carefully before placing your order. We recommend checking the size guide to ensure a proper fit.
If you wish to exchange a bangle due to a size issue:
● The customer must bear the return shipping charges.
● The reshipping charges for sending the new size will also be borne by the customer.
● Exchange will be processed only after we receive the original product in unused and original condition.
We request customers to confirm their size before ordering to avoid additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled by the customer.
Delays caused by courier partners due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or government restrictions do not qualify for cancellation.
