A complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.
The video must:
Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening
Show the parcel being opened fully
Display all products clearly
❌ Partial, edited, or post-opening clips will not be accepted as proof
❌ Repacked parcels and repacking videos will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Any claim without proper unboxing proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
